This buffet is full of entrees, beef, pork, chicken and vegetarian dishes. They were all hot and fresh.I live about fifty miles away and happened to be shopping in the area, I'm glad I stopped, they make food the right way.Fried rice is brown, not yellow, and they use bean sprouts which seems hard to get at other places. The egg rolls weren't mini roll ups, they were quite large and filled with goodness.Serious go there...My waitress an adult lady really wanted me to enjoy my dinner, she refilled my beverage twice and was very nice. Thanks for a great dinner experience!

Always our #1 Chinese Restaurant. Family owned restaurant for over 30 years. Best Buffet around. Wait staff are always pleasant. Comfortable Dining Atmosphere.

We went here last night after a long 10+ years of not visiting. The atmosphere used to be so dark that you couldn't see what you were eating. You weren't sure of the cleanliness because of the darkness. I'm pleased to say that they have remodeled and it is clean and a very good restaurant. My husband was pleased with the buffet, while I had the broccoli & chicken. Both of us had great meals and we will be going there again.

My boyfriend and I have been wanting to come to Lychee Garden for a while, after reading really great reviews and seeing it packed most days. So today was our day, starting with the buffet. As soon as we walked in, the environment was essentially an old 70s supper club, the decor and overall essence of the place seemed dark and a bit unclean. Not to mention, we were the youngest people there by about 40 years. I did a quick preview of the buffet before starting to see what was going on. There were only 2 small tables for the buffet and about 70% (I’m guesstimating here) was pan fried food, 20% was American food, and the rest were normal Chinese dishes (noodles, egg drop soup, etc). My boyfriend got Egg Foo Young, and was able to literally squeeze the grease out of it with his fork; the tempura was primarily breading; and things were pretty dry like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. On the other hand, the people were very nice. We enjoyed the sweet & sour chicken, egg rolls, and lo mein. I’m not sure I would go back, but I guess it’s better to have tried something once.

A1 Best Chinese/80s diner in Milwaukee county. Midwestern charm at it's best. If you want to put some mileage on your heart and love every minute of it this is the place. Food is sketchy but some of it is good! I will without a doubt return.
